Renting vending space at Austin Pagan Pride Day is an ideal opportunity for local vendors and groups who are interested in connecting with the Austin Pagan Community.

If you are interested in applying, fill out the form below. You will receive an invoice via Paypal when registration closes. Please allow 3 business days after the application deadline to receive your invoice.

We have limited spots for Tarot Readers and Jewelry vendors this year.

Vendors who No Show without contact will not be eligible to vend the following year.

Covid Protocols

Travis County is currently in Stage 3 of COVID-19 Risk-Based Guidelines.

While attending Pagan Pride Day at the Vortex, our unvaccinated and/or high-risk guests are strongly encouraged to use proper masking precautions while inside the bar and dining areas as well as crowded outdoor areas of the venue.

Vendors

Popup Space $50*

This is the size of a standard 10′ x 10′ popup tent.
Only vendors with merchandise are eligible for popup spaces.

* Vendors must also provide a raffle item of $20 minimum value.

Reader Table $35*

This is the size of a standard 5′ (60″) fold-out table with space in front and in back for chairs. Only readers and similar services are eligible for these table spaces.

* Readers must also provide a raffle item of $20 minimum value.

Organization Table $20

This is the size of a standard 5′ (60″) fold-out table with space in back for chairs. Only not-for-profit groups providing services to our community are eligible for these table spaces.

Organizations need not provide a raffle item by may if they wish.
