How to Attend Pagan Pride Day 2022

Pagan Pride Day 2022 is once again taking place at the Vortex on Manor Rd. in East Austin.

It is easily accessible by bus, bike, and automobile.

The site does have limited parking, so we encourage you to use the most sustainable transportation method that works for you.

Getting to the Vortex

Driving

From the South: Take I-35 lower deck to exit 235B (Manor Rd.). Take the next right onto Manor Road. Continue for about 1/2 mile. Turn right onto Maple Ave. Turn right into the parking lot for the Vortex.

From the North: Take I-35 lower deck to exit 235B (Manor Rd.). Take the next right onto Manor Road. Continue for about 1/2 mile. Turn right onto Maple Ave. Turn right into the parking lot for the Vortex.left

In order to improve safety and reduce traffic jams, the parking lot for the Vortex is one-way.

The entrance is on Maple Ave and the exit is on Chestnut Ave.

Please respect the signs and directions.

The dirt lot is NOT part of the Vortex & cars parked there may get towed. Please consider parking on the street in the neighborhood if the Vortex lot is full. 

Transit

Capital Metro offers bus service directly to the Vortex on its 20 line (Manor Rd. / Riverside).

Request Stop 2219 (Manor/Chestnut) if you are heading north or east bound.

Request Stop 2304 (Manor/Cherrywood) if you are heading south or west bound.

Biking

Use your favorite navigational aid to reach the Vortex.

There are bike racks under the large tree to the right of the main entrance.

Bring your own lock, wear appropriate safety equipment, and take active responsibility for the safety of yourself, your bike, and your belongings.
